Global Chemical Distribution Excellence

Neil joined CLP in 2013, primarily managing activities related to the glycerin business segment. Neil has more than 25 years of experience in sales, product management, and transportation. Prior to joining CLP, he operated Gavilon, LLC’s glycerin trading and distribution business for 2 years, as well as 11 years with Archer Daniels Midland, providing plant support, sales, and management of specialty food ingredients as well as overseeing global glycerin operations. Neil graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1999 with a BA in Biological Sciences.

Adam joined CLP in 2013 when CLP acquired Gavilon’s glycerin business. His main focus is sales of 80% & 99.7% glycerin. Prior to the acquisition, he held several trading/distribution roles during his 5 years at Gavilon – including oilseeds, biomass, and glycerin. Adam earned an MBA and a Masters of Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management (MSAPM) from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. He has also obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation from the CFA Institute.

Audra joined CLP in 2013 after 19 years with Boasso America Corporation where her responsibilities and experience were in multiple areas of the business, both operationally and administratively. She is responsible for primary bulk distribution to and from various terminals and receiving facilities, as well as assisting in accounts payable, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

Tasha joined CLP Chemicals in 2014. She has a number of years experience in the industry, having worked recently at Stolthaven terminals. Tasha has experience in truck, deep sea vessels, rail transport, and terminal management. Tasha is responsible for ongoing management of CLP’s tank truck network, order fulfillment, and associated logistics.

Toni became a CLP team member in 2016. Toni has an extensive chemical distribution background. Toni’s experience spans customer service, logistics, inventory management, and purchasing. Toni is primarily responsible for CLP’s packaged good distribution network and account management.

Cheryl joined CLP Chemicals in 2019. Cheryl has 20 years of experience split between the chemical and oil & gas service industries. Her main focus has been on process improvements, system implementations and financial reporting. Prior to joining CLP, Cheryl spent several years as a Controller and the last three years as an independent consultant. Cheryl has a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and she obtained her CPA license in 2008. 

Connie joined the CLP team in 2022. Connie joined the team after 26 years with Boasso America Corporation where she managed various duties that included logistics, inventory, invoicing, and customer service. She oversees the same here at CLP with the added responsibility of managing imports that are delivered directly to the customer and all drayage the comes into our warehouses.

Johnan joined the CLP Chemicals Team as Manager of Sales & Business Development in May of 2023. Johnan has spent his career in the Agricultural space, gaining valuable experience at companies like Scotts Miracle-Gro, United Suppliers, SUL4R-Plus, and Dustech. Johnan graduated with a BBA in 1999 from the University of Cincinnati, specializing in Marketing, Management, and International Business.

Eric joined the CLP Chemicals team in July 2025. Eric has spent the last 25+ years managing a multitude of accounts and sales teams at companies such as SA Services, Solvchem, Skyhawk Chemicals and Univar. Eric’s main focus has been on bulk chemical sales, but will manage both bulk and package distribution while at CLP Chemicals. Eric graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1993.
